Tel Aviv Municipality’s reorganization program

Yeadim Institute designed a marathon for checking processes of change and reorganization for the education administration in the Tel Aviv municipality, as part of methodological consultation in light of constructing a city vision: educational, social, community-oriented and cultural.  The marathon included a workshop of characterizing promoting and delaying factors in administration work, efficiency committees, feedback and evaluation.

The Institute also developed a program for setting up a youth authority in Tel Aviv. The program was based on ideas and suggestions, raised in the reorganization marathon, as well as basing on personal interviews with key bodies. In the program recommendations for a type of authority entity were raised, recommendations for an organizational structure and workforce as well as constructing a tender for the authority’s head.
