A master plan for setting up a museal park for the game and collecting culture in Israel
Developed for: The Israel Association of Community Centers
Yeadim Institute has assisted The Israel Association of Community Centers in developing a program for setting up a park and museum engaged in game culture, games, and collections. The master plan specifies a combination of three fields – a museum cultural field, an educational field and a social-operational-experiencing field – and is based upon material collected from computerized banks supplying information on similar museums across the globe, as well as relevant researched information. The master plan represents the primary basis for the actual establishment of the site. In addition, Yeadim Institute has produced a brochure for the donor, expressing the vision behind the program. Another byproduct, resulting from the program’s preparation, is a computerized data bank on games museums in the world, comprising thousands of items.
