Youth and young people wing in Beer Sheva, and Center for Culture, Art and Communication

Yeadim Institute has developed a program for establishing a youth and young people wing in the Beer Sheva municipality. Following the investigation and the organizational-educational consultation Yeadim Institute has been accompanying the establishment of the wing. The city has received a donation for building a Center for Culture, Art and Communications for young people. Yeadim Institute has been requested to research needs, to check the existing supply and propose a special operative plan, including physical spaces and needs for an establishment plan of the youth center. The prepared program included consultation for constructing the building and creating an organizational infrastructure for operating the place. The program included the Center’s goals, proposed modes of management, recommendations for a physical environment of activity, budgetary costs for five years, impounding resources and financial collaboration.
